3. Submit and confirm: After submitting, you’ll be redirected to the Requests page. A confirmation message will appear in the top right corner: “Your request was successfully submitted.”

Caution: Incomplete forms may delay shipment processing. Inaccurate ones could hold up shipments—especially problematic for time-sensitive or temperature-controlled materials.
