- The form cannot be saved partway
- Incorrect details can cause delays or issues with your shipment.

Please note: If you have 10 samples of the same type but with varying quantities, these should be submitted as one commodity, not 10 separate entries. Simply enter the largest volume as the representative volume for all samples.

Once you’ve gathered all the necessary information, you’re ready to complete your shipping request:

Fill in all required fields: Ensure no mandatory sections are left blank.

Review for accuracy: Double-check addresses, shipment details, and any attachments.

Submit and confirm: After submitting, you’ll be redirected to the Requests page. A confirmation message will appear in the top right corner: “Your request was successfully submitted.”
Caution: Incomplete forms may delay shipment processing. Inaccurate ones could hold up shipments—especially problematic for time-sensitive or temperature-controlled materials.
