Overview

Packaging

Outgoing shipments use recycled packaging and temperature control materials (dry ice and gel packs) at no additional cost.

Incoming shipments, if your collaborator cannot provide suitable packaging or meet the required standards, you must select the 'White Glove' service when completing the logistics request form. In this case, the courier will supply packaging and temperature control materials (dry ice/gel packs), incurring an additional cost of $54–$68 on top of the listed freight charges.
