Overview
All rates are provided for guidance purposes only and include standard packaging and temperature control (dry ice and gel packs)*. Final invoicing is subject to change and does not account for courier or airline surcharges.
*Excludes 'Inbound Australia – Standard', as standard couriers do not supply packaging or temperature control materials (dry ice, gel packs and controlled units).
For incoming shipments, if your collaborator cannot provide suitable packaging or meet the packaging standards, you must select the 'White Glove' service when completing the logistics request from.
Packaging choices
The appropriate packaging option depends on the volume of material being shipped. Please select one of the four options below to view the most suitable rates. If your materials fit within the specified 'Product Space' dimensions, there will be sufficient room for temperature controllers (dry ice and gel packs).
1. Exit Australia – White Glove
Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days
2. Exit Australia – Standard
Estimated Transit Time: 4–8 business days
3. Inbound Australia – White Glove
Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days
Caution: For 'Inbound Australia – Standard', couriers do not provide packaging or temperature control materials (dry ice, gel packs and controlled units). As a result, pricing does not include these components.
The sender must supply appropriate packaging that meets the required standards. If this is not possible, you must choose the 'White Glove' service.
4. Inbound Australia – Standard
